MANILA, Philippines – Singer-actress Karylle and mom Zsa Zsa Padilla are doing a movie together.
Karylle announced that the film, scheduled to be screened on Mother’s Day, will be their first movie project.
She declined to divulge any detail about the project, saying it is still in “the planning stage.”
“Wala pa. Actually, nasa planning stage pa lang lahat,” Karylle said when asked about her leading man in the movie.
When asked if she feels intimidated to be working with her mom, Karylle replied: “Excited lang kasi kasabay ng Mother’s Day ‘yong movie. Tapos mayroon ding kakambal na concert. So, sana ay matuloy din na magkaroon kami ng tour sa abroad because matagal ko na din ‘yong pinapangarap.”
Karylle admitted that she missed doing soap operas after her last TV series, “Dahil May Isang Ikaw,” ended last year. She bared that she is set to do another TV series this year.
“Mayroon nang paparating na project. So, sana ay maayos na lahat. Very soon. Bumili na ako ng bago kong pink chair for tapings. I’m ready,” she ended. -SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon
